Our mission is to drive individual local economies throughout the world by propagating innovation, and facilitating global startup and ecosystem success. We are an American benefit corporation headquartered in the heart of the Silicon Valley. As we help individual organization to grow and innovate, we help their respective economies to grow and improve the welfare of all their citizens and trading partners. This makes for a more just and civil world.

Adam Pluemer
Director of Education
Adam Pluemer is the Founder and CEO of SettleLabs, a cybersecurity company that provides ransomware incident response services, and helps individual and business protect themselves from cyber threats. His previous ventures include a global multi-lingual food social network, a SaaS e-commerce company, and a bio-pharmaceutical wholesale company. Through Sprint Academy, Adam has worked with governments, accelerators and corporations, to help drive the creation and development of startup ecosystem on six continents.
Adam sits on the Advisory Board of Cardinal Ventures, Stanford University’s on-campus accelerator and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering from UC Davis where he also competed on the university’s NCAA Division I swim team.
